What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Needs Assessment: Proactively gather comprehensive information on assigned clients and initiate contact to conduct needs assessments, deeply understanding their specific requirements and challenges.
• After-Sales Support & Issue Resolution: Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional responses to all client queries and efficiently resolving issues.
• Relationship Building & Retention: Cultivate and strengthen robust, long-term client relationships through consistent, meaningful, and proactive communication, fostering loyalty and customer retention.
• Product Communication & Promotion: Clearly and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing details, proactively suggesting relevant company products and actively promoting new services to existing customers.
• Performance Reporting & Opportunity Identification: Accurately report on the status of accounts, providing insights into client health and engagement, while identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a solid understanding of fundamental sales principles, driven by a passion for customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
• Experience: Proven work experience as a Junior Account Manager or in a relevant sales-oriented role, demonstrating an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and strong professional relationships, effective presentation and negotiation skills, and excellent time-management.
• Bonus: Previous customer service experience is an advantage, coupled with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, a customer-centric approach, and a proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving attitude.
