What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Strategy: Develop account acquisition and management through business-to-business sales.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships within a given territory.
• Sales Presentations: Present sales pitches and product demonstrations to prospective accounts.
• Prospecting & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting new leads to successfully closing deals and driving new revenue.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level experience, a strong desire to succeed and learn within a sales environment, and experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience: Entry-level; previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication skills to confidently communicate, build rapport, and engage with diverse clients; ability to thrive in a team environment that encourages collaboration and sharing insights.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
