About the Job: Junior Account Executive

Thrive Los Angeles is a rapidly expanding outsourced sales company that specializes in B2B sales strategies for small businesses on behalf of our diverse clientele. As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our team, managing the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to successfully closing accounts. Your efforts will directly drive revenue for small to mid-sized business accounts. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships and providing tailored sales solutions within a high-performance, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective strategies for account acquisition and management through business-to-business sales initiatives.
  • Client Relationships: Proactively develop, build, and maintain robust relationships with clients within your assigned territory.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Confidently deliver compelling sales pitches and comprehensive product demonstrations to prospective accounts.
  • Prospecting & Closing: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting new leads to successfully closing deals and generating new revenue.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions within our CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Ambition & Drive: Possess a strong desire to succeed, learn, and grow within a fast-paced sales environment. You are eager to embrace challenges and highly motivated to exceed sales targets.
  • Entry-Level Experience: While prior sales experience is a plus, it is not a prerequisite. We seek individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a strong willingness to learn and develop their skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to confidently communicate, build rapport, and effectively engage with a diverse range of clients, from small business owners to senior executives in larger enterprises.
  • Team-Oriented: Although you will be responsible for driving your individual sales, we highly value collaboration. You will thrive in a supportive team environment that encourages the sharing of insights, strategies, and celebrates collective successes.
  • Other Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred. Experience in a customer-facing role is also beneficial.
