As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a central role in the team, managing the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through to account closure. Your efforts will directly generate new revenue for small to mid-sized business accounts, requiring you to build strong client relationships and provide custom sales solutions within a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Strategy: Execute effective strategies for acquiring and managing business accounts through B2B sales initiatives.
• Client Engagement: Proactively develop, build, and maintain robust relationships with clients within your assigned territory.
• Presentations: Confidently deliver compelling sales pitches and comprehensive product demonstrations to prospective accounts.
• Full Sales Cycle: Take full ownership of the sales process, from identifying and prospecting new leads to successfully closing deals and generating new revenue.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions within our CRM systems.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an early career role. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: No specific prior sales experience is required, though it is considered a benefit. Experience in a customer-facing role is also advantageous.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills to confidently communicate and engage with a diverse range of clients.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, from small business owners to senior executives.
• A strong desire to succeed, learn, and grow, with motivation to exceed sales targets.
