Jr. Web Marketing Specialist – Analytics Track | WebFX

• Mission: This role is responsible for learning to plan and execute diverse digital marketing strategies, analyze campaign performance data, and conduct essential marketing research to drive and achieve positive, data-driven results for clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Digital Strategy Execution: Plan and execute data-driven SEO, PPC, content, CRO, and email marketing campaigns for clients, including performing light editing on client websites to implement content and correct errors.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign performance data using platforms like Google Analytics and RevenueCloudFX, interpret web analytics, demographic data, and market research, and prepare monthly reports to inform strategy updates.
• Research and Testing: Conduct comprehensive industry and competitor analysis, perform keyword research, and execute A/B, website usability, and conversion rate tests to determine optimal strategies and provide client recommendations.
• Client Relationship Support: Collaborate with senior digital marketers on significant client accounts and campaigns, occasionally participating in client meetings to report on strategy and results.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in any major, demonstrating strong academics with a GPA of 3.4 or above. This is an entry-level position for upcoming grads or recent graduates.
• Experience: Prior experience working in any field (e.g., part-time, summer job, internship) and customer service experience are suggested.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside analytical and research abilities.
• Bonus: Prior digital marketing experience or copywriting for the web experience is a plus. Candidates should also demonstrate an interest in web technology, be professional, dependable, self-motivated, and take pride in producing high-quality work. A proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to lifelong learning, and the ability to think both creatively and analytically using data are highly valued.
