What You’ll Actually Do
• Demonstrate and walk clients through WebFX’s proprietary software, RevenueCloudFX, to ensure understanding and adoption.
• Serve as a primary client contact, educating them through clear communication and helping them achieve their specific marketing goals.
• Recommend and meticulously configure various data tracking platforms and functions to meet diverse client needs.
• Perform thorough quality assurance checks on client tech stacks to verify functionality and data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with internal WebFX Account Managers and the Martech development team to assist in client tech integrations and marketing automations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA above 3.4, ideally in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Management Information Technology.
• Experience: Required part-time, summer job, or internship experience, along with experience in customer service or client relations, and creating reports and analyzing data.
• Skills: Ability to translate complex technical information into simple terms, solid analytical skills for making data-driven decisions, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with digital marketing/advertising, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive.
