What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Support: Support daily operations related to Tigre USA Inc.’s products and services in the construction and infrastructure markets.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in daily tasks.
• Coordination: Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to streamline processes and delivery.
• Documentation & Inquiries: Maintain accurate documentation and support customer inquiries to provide effective service.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, adhering to company procedures and safety standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with an ability to learn and apply industry knowledge related to construction, irrigation, and infrastructure solutions.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, but previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, customer service, or construction-related fields is beneficial.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills; clear written and verbal communication skills; basic proficiency with office software and willingness to learn company-specific systems; attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and compliance; ability to work on-site in Elkhorn, WI, both independently and as part of a team.
• Bonus: Additional technical or vocational education in a relevant field is a plus.
