What You’ll Actually Do
• Build complex applications as part of a global team.
• Identify and implement new software development approaches to achieve better results.
• Design, develop, and test full-stack applications through the program.
• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot applications, understanding their connection to good development processes.
• Demonstrate professionalism through effective communication and personal interactions within a team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related major, preparing for an early career software developer role.
• Experience: Practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts; participation in projects or academic work demonstrating an ability to apply software engineering principles effectively.
• Skills: Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, including data structures, design patterns, and multithreading; proven ability in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues; foundational understanding of database concepts such as SQL, stored procedures, and schema design; familiarity with the formal Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); and an understanding of test-driven development methodologies.
• Bonus: A GPA of 2.7 or higher, and the legal right to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
