Job Overview:

As a Janitorial Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the entire store. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the parking lot.
• Ensuring restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Keeping the sales floor and other customer areas tidy.
• Cleaning the receiving area and other backroom spaces.
• Addressing spills, hazards, and general upkeep to provide a safe shopping and working environment.
• Contributing to a positive first and last impression for all customers.

Compensation:

Hourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour

• The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:

• Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn additional compensation based on performance.
• Premiums: Additional compensation ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances. These premiums can be based on:
  • Schedule (e.g., weekend or overnight shifts)
  • Facility (e.g., specific store types)
  • Season (e.g., peak holiday periods)
  • Specific work performed (e.g., specialized cleaning tasks)

  Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
