Janitorial Associate – Overnight

Location: Walmart Supercenter #643, 10820 KINGS RD, MYRTLE BEACH, SC, 29572, US

Job Overview

As a Janitorial Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive first and last impression for customers at Walmart. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the entire store, encompassing areas from the parking lot to the restrooms and the receiving area.

Compensation

  • Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
  • Additional Compensation:
    • Performance Incentives: Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be offered.
    • Premiums: Additional compensation in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, may be paid in specific circumstances. These premiums can be based on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
