Job Overview

As a Janitorial Associate at Walmart Supercenter #5117, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every customer has a positive first and last impression of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the entire facility. This includes all areas from the parking lot to the restrooms and the receiving area.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Wage

• Range: $15 – $28 per hour
• Note: The actual hourly rate will always equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

• Performance Incentives: Annual or quarterly performance incentives are offered.
• Premiums: Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, in specific circumstances. These premiums may be based on:
  • Schedule (e.g., specific shifts)
  • Facility (e.g., location-specific needs)
  • Season (e.g., peak seasons)
  • Specific work performed (e.g., specialized cleaning tasks)

  Note: Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
