Job Description: IT Summer Interns (2 Roles)

Veracode’s IT department offers two paid, full-time summer internship opportunities for students:

1. Project Manager Intern:

This role provides hands-on experience in IT project management. Responsibilities include:

Assisting in all phases of project management: Planning, execution, and closure.
Coordinating project elements: Activities, resources, and information flow.
Developing project documentation: Proposals, timelines, schedules, and budgets.
Monitoring project progress: Identifying and addressing issues.
Collaborating with team members: Ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.
Maintaining comprehensive project records: Documentation, plans, and reports.
Communicating with stakeholders: Providing updates and gathering feedback.
Supporting the project manager: Performing administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

2. Boomi Workflow Assistant Intern:

This position focuses on improving operational workflows within Veracode’s Boomi and Boomi MDM systems. Responsibilities include:

Analyzing and optimizing workflows: Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements in Boomi and Boomi MDM.
Collaborating with teams: Working with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
Supporting workflow implementation: Increasing efficiency and data accuracy.
Maintaining data quality: Ensuring consistency and reliability within Boomi MDM.
Documenting processes: Creating user guides for internal stakeholders.
Participating in team meetings: Discussing progress, challenges, and solutions.
Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks: Contributing to various projects as needed.

Requirements for Both Roles:

• Current enrollment in an accredited college/university.
• Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and May 2027.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday) from June 3rd to August 22nd.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
