Pay Range
$16.80 – $23.10
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for all end-user hardware and software issues, including day-to-day support, application setup, and troubleshooting of internal IT-supported applications.
- Handle moderately complex troubleshooting duties for IT systems and day-to-day operational support.
- Troubleshoot PC hardware problems and perform basic PC hardware maintenance when needed.
- Conduct IT classes for new hires and manage the setup of users onto various network-based systems.
- Manage day-to-day support of assigned infrastructure solutions and implement configuration changes recommended by IT Systems Engineers.
- Provide analytical support and consultation to internal customers.
- Work from specifications to develop or modify solutions for hardware or software issues.
- Assist with the design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of programs.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the manager.
Experience Qualifications
- Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the internship.
- Must have completed (at minimum) the sophomore year of college.
- Must be able to work full-time during the duration of the internship program.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Ability to effectively coordinate projects across multiple departments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively present information in group settings.
- Ability to independently research and troubleshoot to achieve objectives.
- Ability to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and other digital tools.
