Position Overview

This position, an IT Intern role, offers a valuable, hands-on learning experience specifically designed for students or recent graduates seeking practical exposure within an IT environment. The IT Intern will play a supportive role in daily technical operations, assist with the maintenance of hardware and software systems, and contribute to active IT projects. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals aiming to develop core skills in IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and user support, while making meaningful contributions to the company’s real-world business functions.

Responsibilities

The IT Intern will be responsible for a range of tasks supporting the IT team and company staff, including:
• Ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day technical needs, covering video conferencing systems, employee laptop setup, and general IT support.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various devices such as laptops, peripherals, and conference room technology.
• Assisting with the IT onboarding process for new hires and offboarding procedures for departing employees.
• Managing basic IT inventory, which includes tracking laptops, monitors, headsets, and various accessories.
• Providing first-level support for employee technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary to senior IT staff.
• Documenting IT processes and contributing to the development of an internal IT knowledge base.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate holding a 2-year or 4-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Eagerness to develop real-world experience supporting a fast-paced technology environment.
