The Tone:
This is a full-time or part-time (90% or 80% regime) role at Deloitte, located in a hybrid setup in Belgium (with travel throughout EMEA). Deloitte provides industry-leading audit and assurance, tax and legal, consulting and related services, committed to driving innovation for clients. This role is crucial in shaping strategies and transforming technology to minimize Cyber Risk for organizations, helping clients prevent cyber attacks and protect their most valuable assets within the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team.

• Mission: Lead IT Asset Management engagements, define strategy, and manage a team to mitigate cyber risk for clients across EMEA.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Engagements: Drive IT Asset Management engagements across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Define Strategy: Define and implement the team’s IT Asset Management strategy and go-to-market approach.
• Manage Team: Mentor and manage a team of IT Asset Management specialists.
• Cultivate Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with client executives and lead business reviews.
• Drive Sales: Lead and participate in sales pursuits, actively approach the market with our offering, and engage in proposals and workshops.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior professional in IT Asset Management.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of IT Asset Management experience; proficient in defining ITAM strategy & processes, leading technology implementation, and executing upon Cloud FinOps projects.
• Skills: Fluent in English; strong written and verbal presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical information to a variety of audiences; proven experience in building trust with clients and teams; strong program management skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ITAM tools like Flexera and ServiceNow; enthusiastic leader who drives team success; commercial acumen and strong networking skills; willingness to travel (25%, mainly throughout EMEA).
