What You’ll Actually Do
• Familiarize: Become familiar with manufacturing and automation initiatives and challenges across the site.
• Identify: Collaboratively identify project opportunities that align best with your skills and the team’s goals.
• Research: Research methods to execute projects and propose effective solutions, including recommendations for the path forward.
• Develop: Develop, trial, and implement pilot programs and/or deployments for manufacturing processes.
• Present: Present findings or results with clear recommended paths forward to stakeholders.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Network Engineering, Engineering, or Mathematics. Must be a citizen or permanent resident.
• Experience: Demonstrated programming experience in C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, LabView, and/or Unity.
• Skills: Software design, coding, debugging, strong analytical skills, mathematics skills, and the ability to work creatively in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Bonus: SQL or database experience.
