• Mission: Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and accounting across IT services through financial oversight and reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Populate financial reporting dashboards by downloading daily transactions and mapping them to budget lines.
• Accounting: Prepare and submit monthly accrual and prepaid entries to the Accounting department, then reconcile these entries.
• Chargebacks: Manage the chargeback process for IT costs to agencies, including updating the chargeback database and validating reimbursements.
• Analysis: Assist with labor cost analysis to support the Investments & Planning team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Matriculated in an undergraduate program with at least a 2.5 GPA or a graduate program with at least a 2.8 GPA, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum commitment of 12 months in the role is required for this fellowship position.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and analytical abilities, clear communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to work independently while also being an active team player, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
