What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Participate in the process to use third-party research and data for the analysis, investment, and record keeping of current and prospective individual and mutual fund securities.
• Process Transactions: Assist with the transaction and record-keeping process for fixed income, equity, and mutual fund trade functions.
• Develop Presentations: Collaborate with investment officers to enhance the accuracy, integrity, and scope of various investment presentations.
• Master Tools & Knowledge: Develop a working knowledge of financial analytic tools like Bloomberg, and understand economies and current events affecting investment matters.
• Maintain Compliance: Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures, and requirements applicable to this position.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional developing expertise in investment processes, data analysis, and record keeping within a financial context.
• Experience: Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently; demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 products.
• Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong math and technology skills; demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or other related field, or equivalent working experience.
