Investment Product Analyst | Fund Selector | Bradesco Bank
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Bradesco Bank, located in Miami, FL. Bradesco is launching an international digital investment platform and this position is crucial for shaping that new offering for digital clients, primarily W8 (non-U.S. residents), while also supporting the broader investment product strategy for domestic U.S. clients. The role drives manager research and selection, supports product due diligence, and ensures products meet client needs and regulatory standards. Success in this role requires a versatile individual with holistic product expertise across both international and domestic markets.

• Tech Stack: Excel (PowerQuery/Pivot), statistical packages (Python/R a plus), Morningstar, Bloomberg (or equivalents)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Manager & strategy research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative due diligence on prospective and existing fund managers, evaluating performance drivers, risk, process, people, and price.
• Fund selection & governance: Build recommendations and present cases to internal committees, maintaining an auditable trail of research and decisions aligned with supervisory procedures.
• Product lifecycle management: Support product onboarding activities, including agreements, operational readiness, and data integrations, alongside periodic reviews such as watchlists, replacements, and terminations.
• Digital platform development: Play an active part in shaping the new international digital investment platform by contributing to product architecture, selection, and governance, ensuring a seamless experience for global investors.
• Stakeholder collaboration & compliance: Partner with Sales, Advisory, Ops, Legal, Technology, and Compliance to deliver timely product launches and updates, ensuring due diligence files meet review requirements and upholding WSP and product limits.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
• Experience: 3–7 years of relevant buy side or sell side experience in manager research, product analysis, or portfolio analytics.
• Skills:
• Investment analysis: Strong command of performance attribution, risk metrics (volatility, tracking error, VaR), factor and style analysis, and peer benchmarking.
• Fund structures & operations: Working knowledge of mutual funds/ETFs/UCITS/alts, share classes, distribution, trading, and operational due diligence.
• Structured communication: Ability to distill complex analyses into concise recommendations, comfortably present to committees and Sales teams, and incorporate feedback.
• Bonus:
• FINRA Series 7 (strongly preferred, or willingness/ability to obtain within 6 months after hire).
• Advanced degrees or designations (e.g., CFA, CAIA).
• Portuguese language proficiency (preferred due to frequent interaction with Brazil-based stakeholders).
• Familiarity with international investment structures and cross-border regulations, alongside knowledge of investment products for domestic U.S. clients.
