The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: Hybrid – New York, USA
• Pay: $75000–$106500 yearly
• Mission: This role ensures the accurate setup and maintenance of critical trading system data and supports efficient operations for investment teams.
• Tech Stack: Aladdin, Bloomberg, Market Axess, Tradeweb

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Setup: Set up and meticulously review security masters within the Aladdin platform.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate issuer-related data, including limits and roll-ups across systems.
• Reconciliation: Review daily and monthly reconciliations between Aladdin and various source systems.
• Reporting: Create and coordinate essential reports within Aladdin, utilizing Green Package, Explore, and Aladdin View functionalities.
• System Enhancement: Partner with technology and business teams to facilitate the implementation of system enhancements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance. Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivatives is required.
• Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Skills: Detail-oriented approach, strong communication skills, solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities, a client service mindset, and strong technical and system proficiency.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Aladdin or Bloomberg platforms.
