The Tone:
This is a full-time position with a client of Arrow Search Partners, a diversified global investment manager focused on private equity, credit, and real estate. The firm is dedicated to identifying and capitalizing on unique opportunities across a wide array of industries. This Credit Associate role is critical for providing robust financial analysis, comprehensive reporting, and operational support for multiple credit funds, directly contributing to informed decision-making by senior management and ensuring effective investor communications.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting Coordination: Coordinate the comprehensive production of quarterly profitability analyses for multiple credit funds, delivering critical insights directly to senior management for strategic review.
• Business Line Analysis: Produce detailed and insightful reporting and analysis specifically tailored for the senior management business line, supporting strategic and operational oversight.
• Investor Communications Support: Assist actively with a variety of investor information requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses that maintain strong client relationships.
• Operational Analysis and Project Support: Prepare various in-depth analyses, comprehensive reporting, and contribute to global projects focused on the investments and operational aspects of the funds and managed accounts.
• Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities and implement initiatives to streamline and automate global reporting and accounting functions, aiming to improve efficiency and data integrity across operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree is a fundamental requirement, coupled with a strong conceptual understanding of diverse investment products and the operational nuances of private equity funds.
• Experience: Possess 3-5 years of direct professional experience in a related field, specifically demonstrating proven experience working with and expertly analyzing complex fund and portfolio data.
• Skills: Exhibited ability to critically evaluate, thoughtfully modify, and proficiently design effective operational and reporting processes, alongside robust analytical and financial reporting capabilities.
