What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the entire investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to managing existing portfolio companies.
• Analyze: Conduct in-depth financial and market analysis, assess risk-return profiles, and develop clear investment theses for technology-focused ventures.
• Execute: Oversee due diligence processes, structure and negotiate investment terms, and present recommendations to internal stakeholders or investment committees.
• Manage: Monitor portfolio performance and guide founders on financial strategy for portfolio companies.
• Strategize: Continuously refine investment strategies based on market trends and contribute to overall capital deployment planning while adhering to compliance standards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior professional possessing a strong foundation in Investment Management, Finance, Analytical Skills, and Investment Strategies tailored to technology and early-stage ventures.
• Experience: Proven experience overseeing investment portfolios and executing deals. Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or tech-sector investing is highly advantageous.
• Skills: Deep financial and market analysis capabilities, including building financial models, interpreting financial statements, and evaluating risk. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Bonus: Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
