What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under various operating scenarios.
• Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth fundamental, financial, and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments, and acquisitions.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with senior investment bankers to ensure prompt and effective execution of transactions.
• Project Management: Assist in the day-to-day deal and project execution.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and conduct thorough market research.

• Background: An investment banking professional seeking a Senior Associate or Vice President role within the Healthcare Services sector.
