What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Participate as a junior member of the Investment Banking team in particular client transaction projects or assignments.
• Financial Analysis: Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans.
• Presentation Preparation: Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals.
• Market Research: Conduct economic/financial research to support analyses.
• Performance Evaluation: Evaluate a company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends.
• Financial Modeling: Build complex financial models for valuation purposes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience in a domain relevant to Investment Banking.
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines; Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.
