What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Engage with regional and international clients on a wide range of complex transactions.
• Solution Development: Develop and execute customized strategic and financing solutions for clients.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide high-quality advice on transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and restructurings.
• Capital Markets Execution: Execute public and private capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and debt placements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior professionals and firm-wide colleagues to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree is required, with an interest in developing a career in investment banking.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience in investment banking or capital markets is required. Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical, quantitative, and decision-making abilities, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate high motivation, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, operating as a self-starter, leader, team player, multitasker, and results-oriented individual.
• Bonus: Must obtain Series licensing.
