Bridgeway Advisors is a Black-owned firm specializing in corporate finance advisory for Fortune 500 clients. This paid internship provides an opportunity for students to gain practical experience in investment banking, even without prior expertise. The role is crucial for helping participants develop the knowledge and skills needed to secure and excel in full-time investment banking positions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop expertise in corporate finance through hands-on modeling, financial statement analysis, and market research projects.
• Prepare financial analysis and models using Excel.
• Create presentations and market updates using PowerPoint.
• Conduct economic and financial research using Bloomberg.
• Engage with clients and senior leaders through meetings and case studies, gaining exposure to Fortune 500 companies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college student with a strong interest in finance and/or business; all majors are welcome to apply.
• Experience: No prior experience or expertise is required; ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week for 6 weeks; available to start on or before September 8, 2026.
• Skills: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn; Resourcefulness and natural curiosity for how things work; Tenacious attitude towards research and ability to think independently.
• Bonus: Preferred candidates are sophomores graduating in 2029.
