What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Management: Develop and manage client relationships to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
• Transaction Execution: Actively participate in developing, structuring, and executing crypto-related investment banking transactions.
• Financial Analysis: Perform advanced financial modeling and detailed valuation analysis to support deal structures.
• Due Diligence & Deliverables: Conduct thorough client due diligence and prepare high-quality client presentations and deliverables.
• Talent Development: Manage and develop junior talent within the group, fostering their professional growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with core domain knowledge in investment banking and a strong interest in crypto.
• Experience: Experience comprising a mix of M&A and crypto transactions, or involvement in specialized projects within these domains.
• Skills: Expertise in advanced financial modeling, comprehensive valuation analysis, client due diligence, and preparing compelling client presentations.
