• Mission: This person will manage the day-to-day execution of transactions and support senior bankers in delivering strategic financial advice to clients in the Consumer sector.
• Tech Stack: Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Tableau, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate in live deals: Actively engage in transactions such as M&A, IPOs, and advisory services.
• Advance transactions: Perform day-to-day functions required to progress a deal.
• Develop financial materials: Create business valuation models, financial models, and client marketing materials.
• Support business development: Assist senior bankers in identifying, sourcing, and executing new transactions.
• Manage internal teams: Oversee workflow and work product for internal deal teams and provide training and oversight to investment banking analysts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; high level of financial knowledge including financial modeling, macroeconomics, and current events.
• Experience: 3 years minimum experience working in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Skills: Advanced knowledge of business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, good judgment in confidential situations, and comfort interacting with senior executives.
• Bonus: Possession of Series 79 (Series 7 may be applicable) and 63 licenses preferred; proficiency with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and Tableau a plus. Interest and curiosity in the Consumer sector.
