The Tone:

This position offers the chance to collaborate with highly regarded bankers, gain significant sell-side M&A experience, and contribute to sectors with robust deal flow, while working directly with senior leadership.

• Mission: Support the Healthcare team in executing sell-side M&A transactions and advisory initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct comprehensive research and prepare analyses on companies, industries, capital markets, and financial performance.
• Modeling: Build and refine financial models, valuation analyses, capital structure assessments, marketing materials, and client presentations.
• Execution: Support all aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence and process management.
• Development: Assist in developing pitch books for prospective clients, industry coverage efforts, and advisory initiatives.
• Mentorship: Mentor and support junior analysts and interns to ensure high-quality work output.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3-5 years of investment banking experience required, with demonstrated experience supporting financial and operational due diligence.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and valuation methodologies; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
