What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation and transaction structuring.
• Material Creation: Prepare and draft client deliverables such as pitch books and confidential information memorandums.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth industry and company-specific analysis to inform valuation, marketing, and transaction execution.
• Deal Execution: Participate in all aspects of live deal execution, including process management and due diligence support.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced professional with at least two years in investment banking, holding a strong academic background (minimum 3.5 GPA).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate at an established Investment Bank, with proven live transaction and financial modeling capabilities.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Bonus: A demonstrated interest in the Engineering & Construction industry.
