The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Atlas Search, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The global investment bank is establishing a dedicated digital assets and financial technology investment banking platform. This position offers a rare opportunity to join a platform at the intersection of capital markets, technology, and crypto-native infrastructure, while leveraging the balance sheet, brand, and global reach of a top-tier institution. The role is critical in advising and executing growth and liquidity events for companies that are reshaping financial markets, from crypto-native firms to fintechs integrating blockchain and next-generation financial infrastructure.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transactions: Execute M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions across digital assets, fintech, payments, exchanges, infrastructure, and adjacent TMT verticals.
• Deal Execution: Manage public and private market transactions, including growth equity, IPO-adjacent advisory, and complex cross-border deals.
• Sector Development: Contribute to building and refining sector coverage, thought leadership, and client relationships alongside newly hired senior bankers.
• Client Engagement: Engage deeply with founders, sponsors, and institutional investors operating at the frontier of financial innovation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current investment banker at the Associate 1 or 2 level, with experience in TMT, FinTech, Financial Institutions, or Crypto/Digital Assets coverage.
• Experience: 1-3 years of investment banking experience, demonstrating strong execution skills and deal experience in relevant sectors.
• Skills: Expertise in M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions, covering public and private markets.
• Bonus: Genuine intellectual curiosity about crypto and financial technology, with fluency in these areas, and a desire to contribute to a platform build within a major institution.
