• Mission: Support the origination and execution of GP-led secondary transactions for key financial sponsor relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze and Model: Prepare company valuations, build financial models, and create marketing materials with your team.
• Support Client Acquisition: Contribute to business development efforts through research, analysis, and preparation for client meetings and pitches.
• Facilitate Investor Processes: Manage investors throughout the capital raise process, including helping to facilitate their diligence.
• Execute Transactions: Work closely with mid-level and senior management to support the execution of GP-led secondary transactions.
• Leverage Technology: Use AI tools like Rogo and auxi to streamline pitch book and model creation, and Power BI for data-driven insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Level. A proven academic record and a passion for finance.
• Experience: 12–24 months of full-time work experience; investment banking experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong mathematical, writing, and verbal communication skills; relevant software proficiency. Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative setting.
• Bonus: SIE and Series 79 licensing preferred (or ability to obtain quickly); experience with AI tools such as Rogo, CoPilot, and auxi; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
