• Mission: This person provides advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring, and corporate & venture services for corporate clients and financial sponsors.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Financial Data: Conduct financial analysis as part of transaction execution and related activities.
• Execute Transactions: Support the execution of various financial transactions for clients.
• Develop Client Relationships: Build rapport with existing and potential clients through effective communication.
• Provide Advisory Services: Assist in offering advisory services to corporate clients and financial sponsors on mergers and acquisitions.
• Support Capital Markets: Contribute to financing services related to equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring, and corporate & venture services.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, engineering, science, or other related degrees.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience involving financial analysis, transaction execution, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling; excellent written and verbal communication skills; U.S. work eligibility without employer sponsorship.
• Bonus: Experience in investment banking, private equity, or oil and gas is beneficial.
