What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluate: Assist senior leadership in evaluating, structuring, and executing single-asset transactions across diverse industries with unique capital needs.
• Execute: Lead live capital-raising processes from inception to completion, coordinating investor outreach, participating in investor calls, and facilitating diligence.
• Advise: Advise on optimal capital structures and negotiate transaction terms to fulfill syndicate requirements and secure appropriate long-term capital partners.
• Position: Effectively position the equity story of specific deals to a diverse investor community to attract suitable capital.
• Develop: Cultivate core corporate finance, capital-raising, and diligence skills while building a strong understanding of the equity and debt capital markets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Candidates should possess a strong foundation in accounting and corporate finance, along with an understanding of asset-level due diligence and basic transaction processes.
• Experience: At least one year in investment banking, capital markets, private equity, or a similar advisory or buy-side role, demonstrating the ability to analyze businesses, evaluate risk/return profiles, and manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Bonus: Willingness to obtain SIE, Series 63, Series 7, and Series 79 licenses.
