What You’ll Actually Do
• Investment Evaluation: Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities from initial screening through closing.
• Financial Analysis: Build and own complex financial models, valuation analyses, and LBOs.
• Due Diligence: Lead commercial, financial, operational, and legal due diligence alongside advisors.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare investment committee materials and present recommendations to senior investment professionals.
• Portfolio Engagement: Work directly with portfolio company management teams on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and value creation projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current 2nd Year Investment Banking Analyst with a genuine long-term interest in private equity investing.
• Experience: Experience within a leading Elite Boutique or top-tier Bulge Bracket investment bank, demonstrating outstanding M&A or Financial Sponsors transaction experience.
• Skills: Exceptional financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities; demonstrated intellectual curiosity, commercial judgment, and strong attention to detail.
