What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Origination & Execution: Assist in the origination and execution of Financial Institutions Group (FIG) transactions for domestic and foreign corporate and private equity clients.
• Financial Analysis & Diligence: Lead major workstreams for FIG transactions, encompassing diligence, the development of financial projections and comprehensive analyses, and preparing all client deliverables.
• Analytical Data Management: Independently prepare, interpret, and thoroughly discuss analytical data to support transaction processes and client insights.
• Client & Internal Communication: Present effectively and with confidence to both internal teams and external clients, articulating complex financial concepts clearly.
• Global Collaboration & Innovation: Collaborate with colleagues across global teams to ensure seamless transaction execution, generate new ideas, and make sound judgments within ethical and regulatory standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate degree required, with a focus on investment banking within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) sector.
• Experience: Proven experience in executing public and private FIG transactions; demonstrated track record of taking initiative and managing teams; ability to work effectively with both corporate and private equity clients.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills; proficiency in all relevant financial analyses; ability to independently prepare, interpret, and discuss complex analytical data.
