Inventory Coordinator | Fall Creek®

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Fall Creek, located in Lowell, Oregon. This Inventory Coordinator position is essential for maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels and investigating related discrepancies within the ERP system. The role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our global mission.

• Tech Stack: ERP systems (preferably NetSuite), Word, Excel, Outlook, databases

What You’ll Actually Do
• Tracking: Track and record inventory movement across all US locations using internal ERP and related systems.
• Coordination: Coordinate inventory activities between nursery locations, outsourced partners, and cold storage.
• Reconciliation: Organize and reconcile the post-production of all farm inventory counts.
• Investigation: Discover, investigate, and reconcile inventory discrepancies across locations.
• Monitoring: Monitor receiving at Homeplace nursery, verifying shipments, resolving issues, and recording Goods Receipts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent and foundational knowledge of inventory control.
• Experience: 2+ years of inventory control experience, with specific familiarity with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and working with databases.
• Skills: Accurate alpha-numeric data entry, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish and experience working for a nursery or other agricultural business.
