• Mission: To learn about the wealth management industry and firm operations by working alongside experts and gaining practical experience.

• Collaborate: Work alongside experts to understand the industry, client needs, and firm operations.
• Learn: Gain valuable insight into the financial services sector and UBS’s business model.
• Develop: Acquire new professional skills and apply them in a practical work setting.
• Network: Establish connections with mentors and business contacts within the firm.
• Engage: Participate as a contributing member of the team in a client-focused work environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level; currently enrolled in a two or four-year college or university with a genuine interest in developing a career in Wealth Management.
• Experience: Demonstrated solid academic performance and campus involvement, as reflected on a balanced resume.
• Skills:

• Judgment: Capacity to show good judgment in various situations.
