Program Benefits:

• Starting Rate: $20/HR (Per-diem available based on eligibility).

Program Requirements:

• Education: Must be a recent graduate or actively pursuing a degree in a field closely related to the business of construction or sustainability/solar energy.
• Commitment: Available for a full semester commitment (12-14 weeks).
• Logistics: Requires reliable transportation and flexibility for commute, high travel, or relocation.
