Job Description

This is an Exciting Internship Opportunity in the Advancement Department at the Lycée Français de San Francisco. The Advancement Department’s core mission is to help the school raise over $1.6M this year.

Key Responsibilities:
• Event Preparation: Work closely with a dedicated team of three to assist in planning and executing various fundraising events, including the Annual Fund, Auction Gala, Grandparents’ Day, and more.
• Newsletter & flyers Creation: Contribute to crafting and designing engaging flyers and newsletters for the community.
• Infographics & Design: Utilize creativity to develop visually impactful infographics for internal audiences.
• Social Media Support: Assist in managing the school’s social media presence by creating dynamic, engaging content to expand its online community.
• The team emphasizes that tasks will be tailored to the intern’s strengths to ensure they are doing what they are best at.

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
• Students currently pursuing a degree.
• French-speaking preferred but not required.
• Creative, motivated team players.
• Individuals excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Time Commitment:
• From 10 to 35 hours per week.
• A minimum commitment of 3 months is required.

Stipend:
• Interns will receive a stipend of $7.91 per hour.
