Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of robust web applications utilizing C# (.NET) and React.
• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate actively with team members to build and enhance application features, contributing to the overall product lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, receiving guidance and feedback from senior engineers to foster best practices.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues, identify and fix bugs, and contribute to improving application performance and scalability.
• Actively participate in code reviews and team discussions to learn and contribute to best practices in software development.
• Contribute to UI/UX implementation efforts, focusing on front-end improvements and user experience enhancements.
• Work with databases and engage in various data integration tasks, learning about data management and integrity.
• Gain practical exposure to Agile development methodologies and practices within a collaborative team setting.
• Learn about and support Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment processes.
• Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted and agent-based coding tools, to significantly enhance productivity and streamline development workflows.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic understanding of C#/.NET and/or JavaScript (React preferred), demonstrating foundational programming knowledge.
• Familiarity with web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and principles.
• Exposure to relational databases (SQL) is a significant plus.
• Strong interest in learning modern software development practices, with a particular emphasis on AI-assisted development workflows.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an enthusiastic willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaborating effectively within a development team.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with API tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Understanding of agentic AI-driven development workflows and tools is a strong plus (e.g., multi-step code generation, task automation, or AI-assisted engineering workflows).
