Internship & Early Career Coordinator | Telecare

The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Coordination: Provide comprehensive day-to-day coordination and operational support for Telecare’s diverse internship and early career programs.
• Process Management: Execute established program processes effectively to ensure smooth and efficient program operations.
• Data & Record Keeping: Accurately maintain all intern data and program records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Placement & Onboarding: Facilitate and support intern placement processes and manage all aspects of intern onboarding.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Quality Assurance: Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, programs, and educational partners, ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and well-organized internship experience that aligns with Telecare’s mission and workforce strategy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree with one year of relevant experience, OR a minimum of three years of experience in HR coordination, education program management, workforce development, or administrative program support. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel is required, alongside proven experience in organizing, tracking, and managing data and processes effectively.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities and excellent customer service skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders. The role also requires a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment regulations.
