Sales Development Intern | Bosch USA

The Tone:
This is an internship at Bosch USA, located where on-site work is required multiple days a week. You will join Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions, a global startup that builds cloud-based platforms and AI-enabled Supply Chain solutions. This role is crucial as it offers hands-on experience with real projects and customers, enabling you to make a tangible impact. You will contribute to shaping the future of mobility and logistics by supporting Bosch’s North American commercial team.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, on-site multiple days a week
• Team: Member of the North American commercial team, collaborating cross-functionally with global product, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Mission: To support integrated sales initiatives across B2B and B2Fleet audiences, helping drive profitable revenues for Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions.
• Tech Stack: CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Demand Generation: Create, design, and publish bespoke demand generation content across various channels, including emails, web, social media, and events, while also guiding customers and prospects in creating ROI business cases.
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning and launch of B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the global go-to-market strategy.
• CRM Management: Lead efforts to optimize CRM capabilities through data enrichment, building lead profiles based on triggers, segmenting in-market prospects, and managing top-to-mid funnel pipeline throughput.
• Market Research: Deploy market intelligence research to inform Go-To-Market teams about the right markets, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and verticals for strategic wins.
• Event Logistics: Support the organization of logistics for trade shows, conventions, and other sales activation events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or possessing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
• Experience: Must be available to work on-site multiple days a week, demonstrating high motivation, the ability to work independently, and ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
• Skills: Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management capabilities to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, and a detail-oriented approach to produce accurate and high-quality work.
