Internship Description

Nationwide Financial offers a 12-week internship program (May – August) with a variety of roles including Project Management, Operations, and Sales. Interns will:

Experience a variety of roles: The internship includes a variety of roles, including Project Management, Operations, and Sales.

Work on meaningful projects: The work performed will be integral to Nationwide’s operations and business objectives.
Travel to the Columbus, Ohio office: The internship will include periodic company-paid travel visits to the Columbus, Ohio office.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree within 2-3 semesters of graduation
• Understanding or interest in the financial services industry
• Participation and leadership in extracurricular activities
• Academic excellence (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
• Strong commitment to teamwork and customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Important Notes:

• Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program.
• Sponsorship for qualifying positions is based on business need and budget.
• Applications are accepted until 10/19/2024, but early submission is encouraged.
• The position could be filled within any of the lower 48 U.S. states.
• Nationwide is a smoke-free company.
• Nationwide pays on a geographic-specific salary structure, and the starting salary range is $21 – $50 per hour.
