• Location: Hybrid, across CO, IL, OH, MA regions, with potential local, national, and international travel
• Pay: $33.00–$36.00 hourly
• Mission: Instill confidence in organizations by assuring their financial health through international tax services and compliance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Consulting: Provide international tax consulting services for businesses involved in inbound and outbound cross-border activities.
• Individual Tax: Provide tax services for individuals working in the US and foreign countries.
• Compliance: Prepare and review global tax return compliance for US companies.
• Research: Research developments within the international arena that may affect client businesses, both globally and locally.
• Interaction: Develop meaningful interactions with staff at all levels and across offices, and with tax engagement teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax, or an LLM. Must have completed the first two entry-level accounting courses and currently be enrolled in the first intermediate level accounting course.
• Experience: On track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining a CPA license.
• Skills: Detail-oriented leader with problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bonus: Academic success with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
