• Mission: Assist in evaluating controls and ensuring compliance to support operational excellence and integrity across various business functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Perform Audits: Assist in performing a range of compliance, financial, and operational audits of business operations at various Caesars properties, with a primary focus on Las Vegas locations.
• Evaluate Controls: Contribute to the examination and evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of both information systems and business controls.
• Ensure Compliance: Assess and ensure compliance with pertinent regulatory requirements across business operations.
• Document Processes: Identify and meticulously document business processes and controls, adhering strictly to established department standards.
• Present Findings: Assist in presenting clear oral and written results of audit activities to various levels of management and staff.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum a college Junior/Senior (within a maximum of one year from graduation) or a Graduate student from an accredited four-year university, with preference given to those working toward an accounting major or a related field with a strong foundation of sufficient courses in accounting and auditing.
• Experience: Must be 21 years of age by the first day of the internship to be eligible for Gaming Employee Registration in Nevada; familiarity with various computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with all levels of management; demonstrated knowledge of accounting and auditing principles/standards; proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment; capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and adapt to a changing environment.
