What You’ll Actually Do
This internship is designed to immerse you in real-world business operations, providing practical experience and exposure to various aspects of a growing company. You will be an integral part of our team, supporting daily activities and contributing directly to ongoing initiatives.
• Project Assistance: Support day-to-day project activities by assisting team members with various tasks and follow-ups.
• Information Management: Gather, organize, and maintain critical information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team use.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare basic reports and presentations, conveying key information clearly and concisely, and assist with general documentation.
• System Support: Help maintain internal systems and documentation, ensuring company records are current and well-organized.
• Operational Support: Provide additional assistance which may include supporting communications, executing data entry and analysis, and offering general administrative help as business needs evolve and align with your growing skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess or be developing foundational knowledge in fields such as business, communications, technology, or other related disciplines relevant to modern organizational functions.
• Experience: A demonstrated interest in gaining practical experience within a small, team-oriented company setting and actively contributing to collaborative projects.
• Skills:
* Foundational Productivity: Basic proficiency with essential office productivity tools, including word processing, spreadsheet software, and presentation applications.
* Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and attention to detail in all documentation and reports.
* Organizational Acumen: Reliable time management and organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and consistently meet project deadlines.
* Learning Agility: A demonstrated ability to learn new processes and information quickly, follow instructions accurately, and proactively ask clarifying questions as needed.
* Hybrid Environment Comfort: Comfort and adaptability in working within a hybrid environment, enabling effective collaboration both in-person and remotely within the Albuquerque–Santa Fe area.
• Bonus: Current enrollment as a student or recent graduation from a relevant academic program is preferred but not strictly required for this role.
