Partnerships Intern | SHOPLINE
The Tone:
This is an internship at SHOPLINE, located remotely. SHOPLINE is a leading and rapidly expanding omnichannel e-commerce SaaS solution provider in Asia, committed to empowering merchants with a rich ecosystem of streamlined technologies, resources, and partners. This role supports SHOPLINE’s global expansion and the rapidly growing Go-to-Market (GTM) team, contributing to partner outreach and engagement as the company establishes its presence in the US e-commerce industry. The team maintains its startup roots, fostering a culture that encourages new ideas and values ambitious, fearless individuals to unlock the product’s full potential.

• Pay: $17 hourly
• Team: GTM (Go-to-Market) team
• Mission: This person supports the development and management of strategic partnerships to drive merchant growth and expand SHOPLINE’s market presence.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner Relations: Support the full lifecycle of partner engagement, from initial outreach and discussion to onboarding and performance tracking.
• Client Engagement: Assist with sales demonstrations and communications for clients referred by existing partners.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential new partnership opportunities.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and provide follow-up support for partner events and co-marketing initiatives, including post-event communications.
• Internal Operations: Assist with documentation and internal communication processes related to partnerships.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Experience: No specific prior experience required.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, project coordination, and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Bonus: Prior internship or event experience.
