This role is vital for supporting The Atrium’s continued expansion and its mission to create appealing experiences specifically tailored for college students. What You’ll Actually Do
• Sound Engineering: Operate live show sound and receive first-hand training from preferred partners at Goedde Sound and Light.
• Lighting Design: Learn and apply Grand MA2 software on dual lighting rigs, controlling tempo and progressions for live show visuals.
• Photography: Capture the concert experience and crowd energy in challenging lighting conditions, fulfilling specific shot criteria for social and digital platforms.
• Videography: Shoot event footage from various perspectives, including backstage and crowd, then produce short promotional clips to encapsulate the night’s experience.
• Marketing Operations: Plan, execute, and measure success across social media, print, and experiential marketing strategies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student; Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience: No specific prior experience years required; the role offers hands-on learning and development across chosen cognate areas.
• Skills: Ability to learn and apply specialized software (e.g., Grand MA2) and technical techniques; capacity to create visual content (photography/videography) or develop marketing strategies; commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity.
