What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients and business partners, initiating contact and generating interest in PalmState Group’s offerings.
• Introduce solutions: Clearly and effectively introduce individuals and families to valuable insurance and financial protection solutions available through PalmState Insurance.
• Manage client engagement: Skillfully schedule appointments and consultations, then consistently follow up with leads and maintain ongoing, productive communication to nurture relationships.
• Track performance: Meticulously track all outreach activity and engagement metrics, contributing to a clear understanding of growth initiatives and progress.
• Develop professionally: Actively participate in professional development and mentorship sessions, dedicated to learning and applying proven sales, prospecting, and relationship-building strategies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college student or recent graduate.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with speaking to people and building relationships; self-motivation and the ability to work independently; organized and consistent with follow-up; positive attitude and willingness to learn.
