Intern, Business Analyst (Selection Navigator) | Johnson Controls

This role contributes to that mission by supporting Solution Navigator, a key digital platform that enhances customer self-service and experience.

• Pay: $21–$24 hourly
• Team: Works closely with program, business, and technical teams
• Mission: Owns the support and improvement of Solution Navigator, Johnson Controls’ customer-facing digital self-service platform.
• Tech Stack: Excel, PowerPoint, web-based tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Platform Execution: Provide day-to-day business and operational support for the Solution Navigator digital platform.
• Document Functionality: Assist in creating onboarding, documentation, and reference materials for new and existing platform features.
• Manage Feedback: Track and organize customer and internal business questions, issues, and requests related to the platform.
• Validate Processes: Support basic business process documentation and ensure its validation.
• Facilitate Communication: Assist with cross-functional coordination and communication across various business teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Early Career.
• Experience: No specific years required; U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based tools, clear written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: Interest in digital platforms, customer experience, or process improvement; basic familiarity with CRM, ERP, CPQ, or e-commerce concepts; ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
